Also, gotta love how she noticed my not using the Dawn Rune yet failed to make the connection to my not being who she thinks I am.

You think that's hammy enough to catch their attention?
So this whole "make the Godwins guess which group has the real Prince" game sounds decent enough on paper, except for one small thing: wouldn't they know the real Prince is the one who is followed by Lyon?
I mean, you can argue that they wouldn't pay attention to a knight's apprentice, or that all the Queen's Knights who were close to the Prince are either on our side, or in Georg's case, not actively helping anyone. But the thing is, you'd have to be blind, deaf and mentally challenged to not know that the Prince always has his bodyguard around.
Now, Lyon won't switch teams because she puts protecting Princey above fooling the enemy, but why aren't we having Lyon body doubles on the other teams?
So the new beast tamer girl and her wereleopard friend have literally taken residence next door. They're pretty cool guys - too bad they'll probably never get what they want, since the new magic tutor is too busy researching other runes instead of helping them out.
Also, is it just me or does the Armes guy not have any idea of what 'knave' means?
I'll probably have to update this thing later, seeing how both Michel and Princey have around 30 stars to go. Also, while I don't know who the Stars were on the Bunny Army of the Jowston City States, I'll make sure to mention if any familiar faces were there, from what I can remember.
Anyway, here it goes:
And could whoever threw it be any worse of a shot? Princey's unit didn't even get a scratch.
Thanks to the multi-tasking prowess of the Fresh Prince of Falena, Shanshu Castle now has its very own Master Chef. Though it's regrettable that Retso couldn't make those squid-like fish taste well, he was still convinced to set up shop here.
My putting the Doe Eyes of Destiny may have helped as well.
Hopefully, this will bring forth a reprise of my memories from HoYay Castle, in which the army chef was periodically challenged by rival cooks who somehow made it past enemy lines to the castle. Because that would rule.
Also, the fact that we now know the Sindar first invented elevators probably won't stop other sad inventors from trying to take the credit in the future (why yes, that's also a memory from when I was reality-shifted, why do you ask?)
Man, good thing the water level went down. We were starting to get a bit crowded around here.
Oh, and Faylen? Faylon? I've just claimed one of the new rooms for us.
As for the memories... they're still there. I guess they'd normally fade away after a while, but it's hard when I see reminders everywhere I look. And not just because Jeane, Viki and Lorelai happen to be on each set.
Speaking of which, I find it weird how a good deal of McDohl's recruits end up in that war in Jowston. Not sure what that means. Does everyone just decide to move north after the war in Scarlet Moon's over?
What he found instead was something far more surreal.
Two Roys, one wearing the Falenan Prince's outfit, the other an unknown red vest & black pants ensemble, topped with what looked like a tiara. It was enough to make this Roy feel positively drab.
The three of them stood there for a moment, staring incredulously at each other. Then they all had a seizure, since it was at this moment that their gates merged back into one, with the three Roys along with it.
Their memories were getting mixed together: growing up in Antei/Radat/Rainwall alongside Faylen and Faylon; getting hired by Milich/Freed/Euram to impersonate McDohl/Gekijo/Princey for less-than-noble/noble/less-than-noble purposes; losing to McDohl/Gekijo/Princey in a duel because he just had to challenge him to a fight.
...waitasec. Why would he fight Gekijo, or get scolded by Wendel for posing as Gekijo, if he was hired to do the job by one of his men?
.....
And come to think of it, if the only other citizen of the Scarlet Moon Empire to frequent the Nexus besides himself and Faylen was that alternate version of Michel, wouldn't they have met before?
Roy gets a hold of himself. He is dressed like Prince Meredith, has a silver wig stashed and a three-sectioned staff. He guesses all is as it should be, but there's only one way to make sure.
I won't believe this.
I...
MICHEL, IF YOU'RE READING THIS, RESPOND ASAP. IT'S URGENT.
Granted, she doesn't answer to the name, but I'm pretty sure it's her.
She's from one of the realities where the Falenan Prince answers to Faroush, by the way, from a few days before the engagement party, if that helps.
Granted that Gekijo is from long after her time, but I'm glad I wasn't wearing the wig anyway. But why would I know how to change to Prince Meredith's eye color?

Not that she would have any reason for trying anything on the Commander, but I'm glad I wasn't wearing the wig at the time. Though why would I know how to change to the Prince's eye color in the first place?

Of course, knowing I pose as Lord Gekijo on ocassions doesn't keep them from realizing they're talking with said poser. Still not sure if I can fool Nanami or the strategists, but this is a great improvement. Who knew a simple shift in eye color would have helped me? Thanks, Kaa!
